Affiliate Terms & Conditions

All Out Security Solutions LLC (AOSS) Affiliate Program Agreement

Terms and conditions:

1. AOSS and Affiliate shall remain independent parties, no partnership is established.
2. Affiliates may withdraw from The Program when ever they want, with written notice to AOSS.
3. AOSS may terminate or modify this agreement at any time for any reason with written notice to the Affiliate. If any modifications are unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. If you continue participation in the program following a notice of modification, it will be considered as your acceptance of the change.
4. If the Affiliate withdraws or is terminated, no further commissions will be owed or paid.
5. The Affiliate must have and maintain a web site or web page that meets AOSS approval to qualify. AOSS will provide a referral link code for use by the Affiliate on their web site/page.
6. If the Affiliate does not have a web site or web page, AOSS may provide a web page for a nominal fee (but AOSS is not obligated to do so).
7. AOSS will pay a 15% commission on approved, paid, successfully completed sales attributed to the Affiliates referral link code.
8. AOSS will pay a 10% commission on approved, paid, successfully completed sales attributed to the Affiliates 'second level' referral link codes.
9. Commissions will not be paid on charge backs and returns. If a commission has already been paid on sale resulting in a charge back or return, the commission amount paid will be deducted from future commissions.
10. Commissions are paid on net product sale amount which does not include applicable taxes, discounts, return fees, shipping or handling fees.
11. The Affiliate may not buy from themself or be their first purchase for the purpose of discounting their own purchase.
12. The Affiliate may set up a personal prepay account with AOSS then order products for personal use or resale. A 15% discount will apply AFTER the Affiliate net sales volume has exceeds $250. The minimum Affiliate direct order shall be $100 (applicable for all direct orders).
13. AOSS will not be liable for any damages or loss to the Affiliate that result from this agreement
14. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
